Georgie Bule, also known as the Controller of Cool, is a minor character on Rock, Paper, Scissors.
Story[]
As a child, Georgie was considered the most uncool person in her school. She was not invited to a birthday party (which was later revealed to have been Scissors') and mysteriously vanished as a result. She later vowed to become the coolest person on earth.
